I've updated my Stick Figure Series!
By request of ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) swtalmnd and as an early b-day gift to her, I've done the Bestiality prompt, which was harder than I thought it would be. I also added Drug Use, Character Death, and Watersports ^_^

Yay I made my first Bento lunch tonight.
A bento is a type of Japanese lunch box. See Bento @ Wiki for more info.
Now that I'm back in school and have a mind to eat healthier I have decided to use the bento to help me. It controls portion size, and like most Japanese cuisine it is supposed to be visually attractive. Visually attractive = vegetables for colour. Now those who met me at Prophecy know I'm a vegetarian, but I'm a bad veggie...I realized this when I was eating an Egg Mcmuffin (no meat) with a hashbrown crammed into it and it dawned on me that I was holding in my hand my entire diet of bread, eggs, cheese, and potatoes.
So back to the bento, I came upon the crazy idea of the bento when I came across a website with some bento pictures. They had a section for a harry potter bento challenge and trekkiegrrrl made a Bento Snape! See Bento!Snape here

Back in the day when I was in the Lord of the Rings fandom, which I'm still kinda in, I ran a mailing list/archive called Legolas In Chains (Now we are semimoving to LJ find us here ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) lic_comm)
When I designed the archive I wanted to have a unique warning page, so I made a stick figure image warning page, which got lots of attention, laughs and compliments. This made me very happy as I fail at art and this was the first art I had tried and people actually liked it. So it became my schick, now I want to bring this over to the HP fandom who has welcomed me so. Everyone at Prophecy was very supportive in encouraging me to actually post my art (even my stick figure stuff) so if you are blinded by the horror, blame the people at prophecy ^_^

I figured it would be nice to have a place where everyone can go to see pics *cough* I forgot my camera in my hotel room each day and I don't have any pics for myself and so I set up a photo gallery to collect images for myself *cough*

Hiya!
So I have been planning on re-reading all the books before Deathly Hallows comes out, alas a bunch of stuff has come up and it's 4 days before the release of DH and I'm only 1/2 way though POA. So I figured that I could just read DH later, take my time...But then I realized that I'm going to be in Toronto at Prophecy Aug 1st! and I'm sure everyone will be talking about what happens in DH and how it will effect the fandom.
So I now realized that I need to buckle down and log some serious Harry Potter reading time.
I plan to post some notes I've been taking about points in the previous books and how it may come into play in the final book. Or just things that I think are some loose ends.
BTW I saw OOTP the other day...I thought it was great! Even my friend who's not a fan thought it was good. OMG the snarry *flails*
I'm planning on going to see it again. The theatre near my place is showing it on Imax 3D!!! and you get to wear 3D glasses! OMG it should be cool!
ohhhh I hope my WTP Moderator shirt gets here soon. I have pseudo plans to turn it into a tank top.
on a side note: OMG TOOL!!! I got to see Tool again, this time in Hamilton. OMG I love you Maynard! I've seen Maynard 4 times in concert now, 2 times with Tool and 2 times with A Perfect Circle. That man's voice is liquid sex. He would be a perfect Snape. He's got the nose and the dark hair, and the swoopy movement, and the silky voice.

Notes: This is my first shot at drawing slash...and my second attempt at drawing anything that looks like a human. Done on a cheap sketch pad, with my trusty mechanical pencil. I saw a similar image in a manga I own and wanted to put a Snarry spin on it...and God do I suck at hands....(among other things..) I wanted to make Harry's hands lil circles =)

| Zombie Walk 2006 |

So it's here! Zombie Walk 2006. My friends and I are all zombie fans and I just found out that there's a Zombie Walk in my city this sunday.
What is a Zombie Walk you ask? well pretty much a bunch of people gather in the downtown core, dress up like zombies, then shuffle around downtown (even though malls)
So I'm going, along with some of my friends, My room mate is going as I basic non-descript zombie, my best friend Marki is going as a goth zombie, her boyfriend is going as a recently decreased young guy zombie and I'm going as a Bride zombie. I even bought a wedding dress from Value Village! This is going to be awesome! I'll post some pictures later!
So excited!

But I have gotten a new pet, a mouse. He's very cute and I've named him Harry Potter. He is a scruffy black mouse with a white belly, little white nose and yup, a little white line on his forehead.
